These are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. If you have a question that isn’t listed please feel free to ask us!

FAQ

  • We’re based in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. We travel throughout Mass, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey. Call us today for a traveling quote.

  • We only offer next-day clean-up with our VIP package, or you can add clean-up service to your package, which is an additional fee of $80

  • Cancel three days or more to prior to your event and we will transfer your deposit to a future date. If you cancel less than three days prior to your event we will not be able to reschedule your event without an additional deposit.

  • We required 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to book!! your remaining balance is due on the day of your event. We will send you a reminder email for your final payment. We accept payment through Cash app, Zelle, and Venmo. Absolutely No Refund!!

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that we have access to the room. We can NOT check in for you. However you can choose any of these methods for us to gain access to your room.

    We can meet you at your setup time and you provide us with a key.

    You can add us to the the reservation (key will be left in the room after setup is finish.)

    Share digital key: if you are staying in a hotel that provides digital keys.

    You can provide us with the lock code if staying in an AirBnB.

  • 1.Book your stay! Hotel rooms are not included in our package, and we don’t book hotel room for our clients. When you are booking the hotel, add our name to the reservation that way we can get a key from the front desk to access the room.

    2.Select your desire package, with a description of the occasion, color preference, special message, etc.

    3.To reserve your date and time slot, fill out the booking inquiry form. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

    4.We accept Cash app, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple pay. Once your 50% deposit has been received, we will contact you to confirm and send a complete invoice. The deposit is non-refundable final payment is due on the day of service at Noon.

    5.Check into your hotel room! Please be aware that we don’t check in to your hotel for you.

    6.We will obtain a key from front desk or we can exchange keys at your setup time. We will keep you updated upon arrival. The room key will be left with clean up supplies in your room.

    7. Show up! and enjoy the night with your lover, and remember to capture their reaction. Feel free to leave us a review and let others know what your experience with Romantic Room Decor was like.
